站在經濟懸崖的鼓手

從小學三年級開始, 

就踏入了音樂班開啟我的音樂人生

這段路非常不好走  在國中時除了音樂還要兼顧學業, 你除了花普通班朋友的時間念書, 你還得挪出時間練琴

好幾次都想放棄都被導師苦勸下來繼續念

當時我不知道音樂對於我的意義是什麼 只知道努力用功升學是當務之急

因為家裡還算支持我想出國的決定 

所以台灣大學唸了一年多就決定去國外看看

我在台灣的成績算是很好的 我念的是普通高中 不過之前都是唸音樂班 所以跟普通班也有點不同

 出國之後

對我來說算是一個全面衝擊

No doubt, startup is a dream for many people not to mention myself. However, for many young people after graduation, they do not have enough capital to support their dream but also having great amount of tuition debt to pay. Startup begins to be unreachable for most of the young people with no strong financial support from their families, nevertheless, we learned that intrinsic motivator is a person’s internal desire to do something due to interest and challenge from the textbook, the founder of the company usually has high intrinsic motivator and lead to the high performance in their works.

I always hope to start a music related company with supporting local children to learn classical music for free and inspire the whole society to exposure themselves more in classical music. Compared with popular music, classical music gives people an impression of high standard and notable. For me, classical music was the popular music in that era, there’s no  such a high standard in classical music. Also, some countries like America, German, and Italy are well-known of  making classical music part of their lives. But if we focus on Asia, most people don’t think classical music is essential and that kind of music is only for high income people.

Although it seems unrealistic to lots of people including my family, I always expect myself to have such a company and make the world a better place.  According to expectancy theory, individual’s evaluation of whether their effort will lead to good performance, whether good performance will followed by a given outcome and whether that outcome is attractive. The theory explains why the expectation makes me believe I could achieve one day no matter having enough capital or not.

Startup is attractive, and motivate people to be innovative.

As we could see the recently UK currency plumbed new 31-year lows against dollar. More investors extract their capitals to less uncertain countries like U.S. In addition, the Chair of the Federal Reserve Yellen denounced that there might be a raise in interest rate in the end of the year which could lead to more depreciation of UK currency.

Did the citizens in United kingdom foresee the outcome of Brexit? The answer might be yes, but only for particular group in UK. If we see the demographic of the vote, the age should be the biggest factor that turn out the decision of leaving EU.  The baby boomers have the strong distrust of authority and put a great deal of emphasis on material success, and for millennials who take technology as granted and at ease with diversity. The millennials have more opportunity to gain the higher degree than baby boomers, therefore, the younger people could be more insist to stay in EU especially for who have professional occupation of predicting economics outcome . However, the elderly are more likely to vote and participate political issue that turns out more votes for leaving.

The education opportunity has been improved greatly over the decades and there’s no reason to blame on any particular groups, however, the government of United Kingdom should be really well-prepared for the upcoming low economics situation and try to save their currency value.

前年在台灣買了一把烏克麗麗   當初買在3000元左右 （算是在台灣小有名氣的牌子）

用的也不差    只是因為從小就是唸音樂班的 被訓練不管怎麼樣最重要的就是音色

於是覺得應該再進階買更好的琴

今年有機會   趁著美國休假期間回台灣去好幾間台中的琴行挑琴 （台灣的琴行真的是眼花撩亂 東西超級多好滿足XD）

許多人第一次買琴或才剛接觸這個樂器看琴只看外表

我曾經遇到不少長輩對我學音樂感到興奇，也遇過不少長輩私下說不怕學音樂沒飯吃嗎? 尤其我是打擊樂出身的背景, 許多人都擔憂是否沒有市場?當人云亦云的時候, 連自己都開始懷疑這條路是不是走錯了. 但回歸到學音樂真的沒飯吃嗎? 不 這絕對是錯的!

有許多小孩是從小學開始念音樂班, 一路唸到考大學 也有不少人是從國中才開始接觸音樂 甚至考大學音樂系前一年才接觸 學音樂要投入不僅時間 金錢 還有家長與小孩的意志力 這麼辛苦的路 在台灣普遍想什麼都求好求快的年代  確實已經形成一個音樂圈的斷層  但為什麼還有家長持續讓小孩學音樂? 以下是我自身的經驗

有許多人從三歲就開始學琴, 就如同我一樣, 但很多人從某個時間點(普遍從國中開始)因為課業壓力太大 而逐漸放棄彈琴而專注在學業上  這些人通常對音樂不至於生疏  但能彈出令人驚豔的程度是少之又少

因為音樂是日積月累的 永遠不可能一蹴可機 也正因為音樂是累積的  當你的小孩一考進音樂班 學校便會開始全方面的對你的聽力和音樂的美感作提升(樂理 視唱 聽音 和音樂欣賞) 考進音樂班的同時 主副修的鐘點學校都會給予補助絕對是省下一筆浩大的資金而得到一樣的學習品質

孩子從小開始學習彈琴 久而久之便成為一種技能  許多人在大學畢業以前都仍沒有真正的一技之長
